• 30’ to 34’11″ berth annual £3,950
• 35’ to 40’ berth annual £4,550

Monthly tariff – 12 monthly payments 1 month in advance – IF AVAILABLE             

•  Up to 29’11″ berth annual 12 payments of £320 (minimum charge)
• 30’ to 34’11″ berth annual 12 payments of £360                               
• 35’ to 40’ berth annual 12 payments of £420                                             

QUAYSIDE MOORINGS – £2.34per foot per week (50’ minimum charge)

Winter Dry Storage Facilities

For all our mooring customers we guarantee a dry storage space at either of our dry storage facilities, Southdown Marina or Carbeile Wharf.

Please discuss your winter requirements with the marina manager at Torpoint Yacht Harbour.

Winter Berth Subletting

Please note: All berth holders must inform the Marina office of any private winter subletting, which must be administered and contracted by Torpoint Yacht Harbour to ensure we are operating within our insurance underwriters guidelines and we have all current vessel’s and owner’s details on record.


Winter berths available from 1st October 2026 to 31st March 2027
from £200 per month.
