Marina Fees 1st April 2024 – 31st March 2025

Marina facilities include free parking, showers, customer lounge and laundrette.

Pontoon (marina berths) all have water & electric available to them. They are covered by CCTV 24 hours a day and include use of all marina facilities.

 

Yearly tariff – single payment 12 months in advance: -

            Up to 29’11" berth annual £3,250

            30’ to 34’11" berth annual £3,750

            35’ to 40’ berth annual £4,350

 

Monthly tariff – 12 monthly payments 1 month in advance – IF AVAILABLE             

             Up to 29’11" berth annual 12 payments of £300 (minimum charge)           

                  30’ to 34’11" berth annual 12 payments of £340                                       

                     35’ to 40’ berth annual 12 payments of £400                                             

 

QUAYSIDE MOORINGS - £2.25per foot per week (50’ minimum charge)

SOME DEEPWATER TROT MOORINGS AVAILABLE IF REQUIRED. P.O.A.

Winter Storage and cradles are guaranteed for all mooring customers.

    Chacon Storage Boxes (located in the car park) - Rental Rate - From £12.50 per week

All vessels LOA to include bowsprits, davits etc.

 

Winter Dry Storage Facilities

For all our mooring customers we guarantee a dry storage space at either of our dry storage facilities, Southdown Marina or Carbeile Wharf.

Please discuss your winter requirements with the marina manager at Torpoint Yacht Harbour.

 

 

Winter Berth Subletting

Please note: All berth holders must inform the Marina office of any private winter subletting, which must be administered and contracted by Torpoint Yacht Harbour to ensure we are operating within our insurance underwriters guidelines and we have all current vessel's and owner's details on record.


Winter berths available from 1st October 2024 to 31st March 2025
from £200 per month.
